By purchasing puulaow glassware through this independent online store ("the Site"), you, the customer ("you" or "the buyer"), agree to be bound by the following Terms of Purchase, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and puulaow ("we", "us", or "our"). We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before finalising any order.

Contract and Order Acceptance

The presentation of puulaow products on the Site does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation for you to place an order. Your finalized order represents a legal offer to purchase the selected items. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This email solely confirms receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. puulaow reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. A legally binding purchase contract is formed only when we explicitly confirm acceptance of your order via email (Order Acceptance Confirmation) or upon the dispatch of the physically ordered goods.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per customer, household, or geographical location, and to refuse service or cancel orders suspect of fraudulent activity or resale purposes. In the event we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will promptly refund the full amount using the original payment method.

All prices on puulaow are listed in the default currency shown on the Site and include applicable taxes or duties where mandated by law, but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. puulaow strives for maximum accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, typographical errors or technical inaccuracies may occasionally occur. If we discover a clear error in the pricing or availability of an item you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and provide the option to either re-confirm the order at the correct price/status or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Product availability displayed on the Site is real-time but can change rapidly during high-demand periods. We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any item. puulaow glassware is artisan-finished, so minor variations in weight, clarity, and dimensions may occur between different production batches; these are considered characteristics of quality and not defects.

Payment and Verification

You authorise puulaow and our third-party payment processors to charge the full order total (products, shipping, taxes) to the selected payment method. puulaow may utilize automated or manual verification processes to validate order details against potential fraud. If we identify suspicious activity, we may require additional information or verification before processing the order. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation.

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

puulaow glassware is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. All orders are subject to our core Shipping Policy, which outlines processing times and defined delivery rates, including Expedited Shipping at $8.99, Free Shipping for orders $49.00 and above, and Standard Shipping at $5.99 for orders under $49.00. We are responsible for inspecting, packaging, and handing over the goods to the carrier intact. Risk of loss and title for all glassware purchased transfer to you once we hand the package to the shipping carrier. While we guarantee replacements for items verified to have broken during initial transit in adherence to our stated guarantee, puulaow is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery or due to customer-provided incorrect addressing.

Returns and Finality of Sale

Unless otherwise noted as final sale, purchases from puulaow are eligible for return and refund in strict adherence to our Return Policy, which provides a 30-day window and requires items to be in new, unused condition with all original packaging. Authorised returns must be shipped at the customer's expense to our dedicated German return address: puulaow, Oldesloer Straße 30, 23795, Germany. Non-approved returns or returns that arrive broken due to poor repackaging by the consumer will not be eligible for a refund.

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws applicable to the puulaow operation's location, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from your purchase will be resolved exclusively within that jurisdiction. puulaow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Purchase at any time; changes will apply to all orders placed subsequent to the update being posted on the Site.
