All orders at puulaow are subject to a processing time of 1 to 3 business days before they are dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. You will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your unique tracking number and link as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center and is scanned by the carrier.

Free Shipping To offer our customers the best value, all orders with a subtotal of $49.00 and above qualify for automatic Free Standard Shipping. This discount is applied directly at checkout when the subtotal threshold is met.
Expedited Shipping If you require your glassware urgently for a gift or upcoming event, we offer an Expedited Shipping upgrade for a flat rate of $8.99 for all orders, regardless of the order total.
Estimated Delivery Times
While we process orders efficiently, exact delivery times depend on the destination and the efficiency of the chosen carrier. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout for your specific address. Standard shipping generally takes several business days, and expedited shipping reduces this transit time significantly. Please note that all delivery estimates provided are projections and not guaranteed arrival dates, particularly during peak seasons or unforeseen logistical challenges.
Packaging and Breakage Guarantee
Given the fragile nature of glassware, we take immense care in how we package our products. Every puulaow glass is meticulously inspected, wrapped in specialised protective layers, and securely positioned in reinforced boxes to withstand the shocks of transit. We are confident in our packaging protocols and offer a comprehensive guarantee against breakage during initial transit. If your glassware arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the broken items and the packaging condition and contact service@puulaow.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a swift replacement at no additional cost to you, ensuring your collection is completed.
Shipping Restrictions and Locations
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete to prevent delays or lost packages. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the specialised nature of fragile item delivery required by our carriers.
